Executive Summary |
| Anders Tiger qualified as a Mechanical Engineer in 1984 and began his career by working for a
chemical industry in Sweden with process control. Since then, Anders Tiger has worked in various
companies in Sweden as well as in his own company manufacturing an own patented product for
forest industry. Besides working with industrial maintenance, Mr. Tiger has experienced from
maintenance in rescue service and is a technician in the Swedish Rescue Service Agencies
earthquake search and rescue team. |

Anders Tiger is a certified European Expert in Maintenance Management by the European
Federation of National Maintenance Societies (EFNMS) and a member of the Swedish Engineer
society. Mr. Tiger is a well respected lecturer at universities and involved in creating new university
courses in Production management.

Professional Experience |
Anders Tiger has more than 15 years of experience working with industrial maintenance and has
been leading many maintenance development projects at different Swedish companies such as
Volvo, Sandvik, IKEA, etc. Since 2002, his work has been focused on TPM and Lean manufacturing
projects that has resulted in increased productivity and more effective maintenance organizations.
He has been training companies in Lithuania in measuring equipment effectiveness and in
continuous improvements. In Sweden, his work often includes assessment of productivity potential
in Swedish companies and working out suggested roadmaps to implementing methods to improve
productivity.
Currently Anders Tiger is holding a position of consultant in Lean Manufacturing and Lean
Maintenance at Idhammar in Sweden. As a senior consultant, he is responsible for training courses
and consulting in different Lean projects. |
