Training

All the trainings are provided by our highly field-experienced trainers with the latest insights on their respective module. Nevertheless, despite of all the advanced techniques and knowledge, our trainings can offer to our clients, it would be rather futile if the human factor is overlooked when it comes to its application.

That is why we have made it a point to incorporate and emphasis the human factor and its role of participation in all our trainings and consultation services. A special approach in inspiring and instilling the values within the human capital of an organization is included in the training module to ensure a total effectiveness on all programs.

In addition to these public courses, a large number of in-house courses and seminars are carried out on-site at the customers chosen location. The in-house training is often tailor-made and it is staged in a more extensive development program often combined with consultancy services. The objective with this type of training is to increase the production effectiveness, the operational reliability and/or to achieve a more effective maintenance activity.
