As part of our total service solution to our client, we do offer a follow up consultation service after a particular training, should the client feel the need for it in implementing what have been learned earlier.

 

We will be bringing in what have been taught and applying in the client’s own reality.  If it needs be, it can even go to the extend of “holding the clients hand” in guiding them on how to execute the implementation.

 

After all, it would relatively easy to stand and talk about the “good stuff”; but to actually turning them into reality in the real world is one of the main reasons that made Idhammar’s name so well known in the Scandinavian, Europe and Africa companies.

 

In addition to that, we also have a Maintenance Potential Assessment procedure to ensure that the implementations are being carried out effectively as well as to measure its effectiveness with “before” and “after” implementation results.  This would serve as a reality check on the effectiveness of the program and also to help our client to justify to their respective stakeholder on the “Return of Investment” of the programs.
