The consultancy services are targeted at strategic, tactical and operational levels on issues related to production efficiency, availability performance and maintenance.

The range is broad and includes everything from consulting support on strategy issues at management to technical consultants, active in the production and maintenance field.

We do frequent audits and analyses of the production and maintenance activities of our customers. Based on the results of the analyses, vision, objectives and strategy develops around the necessary change. We often assist with support in the implementation of changes. A common assignment focus is to streamline the maintenance and maintenance work processes. This means that we do process analyses, implement the information system, systemize maintenance, streamline support processes, etc.

Consultancy services can also mean resource strengthening directly into customers' production and maintenance organisations such as production manager, maintenance manager or project manager.
